- Return for direct (same) replacement within 30 days of purchase
- Return for refund within 30 days of purchase, a restocking fee may be applied: (20%)
All buttons covered by this policy "This item may be returned for a same replacement or refund within 30 days" must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. "Return" constitutes receipt of the product by Awesomebuttons.com, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. (Return Merchandise Authorization). A RMA form request needs to be submitted, with your order number included prior to obtaining an RMA, an RMA email will then be sent to you.

- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- You may obtain an RMA by submitting your full contact information to our Customer Service team through the form submission process by Clicking HERE
- Any return for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
- All items are inspected prior to shipping
- We do not pay shipping costs for product returns
Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us:
- Any product not purchased from Awesomebuttons.com
- Including but not limited to products with missing, altered, or otherwise damaged parts
- Items returned without all original packaging and or accessories, including the white or retail box, and all other items that may have been originally included
- Any product that exhibits physical damage

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Nor do we guaranty international shipments. We do our best and pack properly, and use USPS international priority if they serve your area.
Also know, we do not include batteries with international shipments, as customs as of 2017 delays and some times denies incoming packages to some countries that contain batteries. So, we no longer include batteries when we ship internationally.
